My Freedom Portal

As a co-designer of the MyFreedom customer portal, I played a key role in creating a user-centric platform that empowers customers to seamlessly manage their accounts and services. I focused on developing an intuitive interface and personalized experience, enabling users to easily access information, complete tasks, and personalize their interactions.
