Rule Manager 2.0

I spearheaded the redesign of ABS flagship product, Rule Manager 2.0, a multi-million dollar project that had stalled due to stakeholder disagreements. By actively engaging with project managers, vice presidents, and rule experts, I quickly delivered a comprehensive mockup that achieved immediate stakeholder buy-in. Within four months, I led the development and launch of the redesigned tool, featuring a custom rulebook creation module, an innovative search feature for complex rule sets, a breakthrough user interface design, and many more enhancements. This resulted in increased user adoption and improved efficiency in rule management. This project showcased my ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions, rapidly prototype and iterate, and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver a complex project under pressure.
